  • Growing up as a chid, I used to go to the Joy Summer Camp. Not realizing the impact it would have on my life later on, I thought that I was only there learning and playing with peers. Being a JOY Camp member taught me more about God and life skills and lessons to help me reach goals that I have set in life. The camp not only gave me motivation to reach goals that I have set, but it also gave me Mentors that I am able to look up to and go to if I am ever in need. I am grateful to have had the opportunity of being a JOY camper. Without this organization, I would not be in the place I am today.
